Join us in a dynamic role where you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of corporate strategy, driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and financial analysis.

You will formulate and implement group strategies, originate and execute mergers and acquisitions transactions, lead capital markets transactions, and establish relationships with new banks to further deepen existing banking relationships.

Additionally, you will review and monitor group hedging strategies, ensure alignment of hedging activities with financial risk management objectives, and update investor presentations.

This role requires a strong understanding of M&A processes, as well as SGX takeover and listing rules. You must possess initiative, drive, and attention to detail while thinking strategically.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years' experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Treasury, with outstanding financial modeling skills and a team player attitude.

You will work closely with various business units to consolidate inputs and perform due diligence, coordinating with external advisors to negotiate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
