Job Title: Senior Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries and concerns, and ensuring timely provision of flight details to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct customer contact to resolve queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure timely provision of flight details to customers, including verifying export documents compliance while processing export work orders.
  • Apply correct export permits and customs processes on time to avoid any delays or complications.
  • Answer customer calls promptly and efficiently, providing clear and concise information to resolve their queries.
  • Monitor onboard status and inform customers of any irregularities, ensuring that they are kept informed at all times.
  • Foster good communication among departments (Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, Planning) to ensure seamless coordination and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Evaluate and update airfreight rates as necessary, taking into account changes in market conditions and customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about new airline or governmental requirements, ensuring that the team is up-to-date with the latest regulations and procedures.
  • Submit monthly customer reports on time, providing valuable insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 'O' Level or 5 'N' Level qualification, preferably in a related field such as business administration or customer service.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry or field.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Fluency in Japanese, as we communicate with many Japanese-speaking clients.
