Head Infant Swim Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infant & Toddler Swim Coach to lead our swim programme. As the Lead Coach, you will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate swim lessons for infants and toddlers.
You will develop and refine the infant curriculum, creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our young swimmers. Your role will also involve leading and running workshops, parent-child sessions, and swim camps, as well as guiding and mentoring other coaches in the programme.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of teaching infants, toddlers, or young children in a swim or aquatic setting. You will possess excellent administrative and organisational skills, as well as strong knowledge of water safety, early childhood development, and age-appropriate swim techniques.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with parents and team members. If you are passionate about introducing young children to the joy of swimming and have a genuine love for working with little ones, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience teaching infants, toddlers, or young children (below the age of 3) in a swim or aquatic setting.
- At least 2 years' experience in infant curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Ability to create and run workshops, parent-child sessions, and swim camps.
- Strong knowledge of water safety, early childhood development, and age-appropriate swim techniques.
- Ability to mentor and train other coaches.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with parents and team members.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with young children.
