JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Work with team members to achieve a common goal and improve as a team.
- Lead a Development squad
- Act as a support Coach with the Senior Squads when necessary.
- Prepare, plan and deliver technically sound session plans in line with the overall program philosophy and plan.
- Monitor student attendance/progress and provide feedback to parents periodically
- Manage & achieve targets based on annual plans.
- Assist PE teachers with delivering PE lessons during swim units throughout the school year.
- Look at every setback during coaching as an opportunity to learn and improve.

Operational:

- Ensure the pool area is safe, secure and presentable at all times.
- Maintain necessary administrative log records and arrange setup and clearing of equipment for swim classes and swim events.
- Maintain Equipment checklist and report to Head of Aquatics any concerns.
- Must be able to work night shift and split shift
- Must be able to work extra hours or weekend
