***Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teach Diverse Skill Levels**:Conduct private and group lessons for all ages (infants to adults), adapting to individual abilities and goals
- **Safety First**:Enforce pool rules, respond to emergencies, and maintain a hazard-free environment. CPR/First Aid certification required
- **Progress Tracking**:Document student development and communicate achievements with parents/guardians
- **Inspire Confidence**:Create fun, positive lessons that build water competence and love for swimming

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:1-2+ years teaching swim lessons (all ages) or coaching aquatics programs
- **Certifications**:Current CPR/First Aid (infant, child, adult).
- **Preferred**:Water Safety Instructor (WSI) or lifeguard certification. _Don’t have one? We sponsor training _
- **Skills**:
Mastery of all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly)
