**Role Overview**:
As the Lead Coach for our Infant & Toddler Swim Programme, reporting to the Head Coach, you will:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate swim lessons for infants and toddlers
- Develop and refine the infant curriculum, creating engaging lesson plans
- Lead and run workshops, parent-child sessions, and swim camps
- Guide, mentor, and train other coaches in the programme
- Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environmentCommunicate with parents on progress and tips for at-home support

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience teaching infants, toddlers, or young children (below the age of 3) in a swim or aquatic setting
- At least 2 years’ experience in infant curriculum development and lesson planning
- Ability to create and run workshops, parent-child sessions, and swim camps
- Strong knowledge of water safety, early childhood development, and age-appropriate swim techniques
- Ability to mentor and train other coaches
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with parents and team members
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with young childrenCoaching certifications (e.g., Swim England, AUSTSWIM, or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory
