Billing Coordinator (Changi/ Invoice)


Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for generating and sending accurate invoices to customers, ensuring that billing is done according to company policies and client agreements.

You will also be responsible for reviewing client accounts and billing histories to ensure accuracy and completeness, correcting any billing errors or discrepancies promptly.

In addition, you will be required to input billing data into our accounting system, maintain detailed records of transactions, invoices, and payment histories, and ensure that client and payment information is up-to-date in the system.

Other responsibilities include tracking and monitoring client payments, following up on overdue payments, applying payments to the correct accounts, and resolving any payment issues.

As a Billing Coordinator, you will also provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving client billing inquiries and disputes, providing support to clients regarding billing and payment concerns, and assisting clients with setting up payment plans or resolving issues related to their invoices.

Finally, you will be responsible for preparing and generating regular reports on billing and payment statuses for management, and maintaining accurate records to assist in the preparation of financial reports.
