Job Role:
Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for project sales invoicing. This involves issuing down payments and progress claims, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of billing schedules.

Additionally, you will oversee lease agreement billing to guarantee that billing accuracy aligns with contractual terms. You will also monitor timely renewals and track agreements properly.

You will manage system decommissioning processes by issuing credit notes for decommissioned systems, making invoice adjustments, updating agreements, and processing deposit refunds to close customer accounts.

Furthermore, you will submit invoices via external portals with accurate and complete documentation, coordinating closely with internal teams and customs to avoid discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of billing schedules
