Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Officer

Clover 769 PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Officer to provide exceptional customer service and manage the front desk operations of our boutique hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and manage reservations
  • Provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Perform check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data
  • Register guests and collect necessary information
  • Welcome guests and assign rooms
  • Provide information about the hotel and its services
  • Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers
  • Upsell additional facilities and services
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
  • Work flexible shifts to ensure 24-hour reception
Requirements:
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of online travel agency websites
  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Officer or similar role
  • Education in hotel management is a plus
