Job Description

At Sea, we are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve Visitors: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors to their destinations.
  • Attend to Inquiries: Respond to requests and inquiries from staff and guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with Mail and Deliveries: Sort and deliver mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
  • Manage Office Supplies: Oversee the inventory of office supplies and ensure that they are adequately stocked.
  • Undertake Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Preferred Qualifications: A degree or diploma holder is preferred, and the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be responsible, helpful, friendly, and cheerful.
  • Desirable Skills: Prior experience in hotel front desk management or cabin crew is advantageous, and the ability to enjoy interacting with people and being in a front-line role is essential.
