Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Office Admin to join our team at People Profilers. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk activities, handle administrative tasks, and support various departments as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors and clients, provide a warm and professional welcome, and answer phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies, as well as handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Event Coordination: Support the organization of company events and meetings, and coordinate with IT and facilities teams to address any office maintenance issues.
Requirements
  • Nitec/Dip with at least 5 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
