Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Office Admin to join our team at People Profilers. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients, and assist with their queries and concerns.
- Manage scheduling for meeting rooms, coordinate visitor access, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support the organization of company events and meetings, and coordinate with IT and facilities teams to address any office maintenance issues.
Requirements:
- Nitec/Dip with at least 5 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- 5 days, Ubi, MNC, contract with full benefits.
