Job Description

As a Front Desk Supervisor at Mondrian Singapore, you will be responsible for leading the guest experience and ensuring seamless operations in the Front Office. Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will supervise and coordinate all Front Office duties, including guest queries, incident reporting, and hazard management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle guest queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Record and report incidents, ensuring prompt follow-up with the Front Office Manager and/or Hotel Manager
  • Ensure all potential hazards are reported and addressed promptly
  • Know and communicate guest names, arrivals, and departures
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel features, services, and promotions
  • Manage upselling opportunities and email capture
  • Represent the Front Office Manager in meetings and ensure effective inter-departmental communication
  • Maintain the Front Office area's cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel operations
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
