About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations in Singapore, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand. As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in these dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Sales Directors and Account Directors to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate strategic plans to account teams and oversee their implementation.
  • Interface with various teams, including SDRs, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Executive teams.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues as an Executive Sponsor on Strategic accounts.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews to ensure alignment with customer business objectives.
  • Design and maintain reports for sales analysis, including sales forecasts.
  • Engage in C-level discussions with clients to strategize and address their use cases.
  • Bridge the gap between product teams and customers, effectively managing expectations on feature requests and releases.
  • Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Deliver training, analytics, insights, and best practices to Sales teams.
  • Plan and execute region-specific activities to improve revenue.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS software.
  • 3+ years of proven experience successfully managing and motivating a Territory team.
  • Customer obsession and ability to help customers achieve their digital strategy goals.
  • Leadership and development of a high-performing team to crush quarterly revenue targets.
  • Deal visibility and accountability at key points in the Territory cycle, applying methodologies such as MEDDIC.
  • Spearheading marketing opportunities, including virtual workshops, customer case studies, and lead generation events.
  • Building a bench of top talent and growing the team while assisting in career aspirations.
