Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Events Leader to develop new business ideas through our Decathlon Activities platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the platform, attracting new sports users, and working on a national sport as a cause. If you're passionate about sports, have a strong sense of service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Decathlon Activities platform to create and onboard partner events, optimize and market the platform, and analyze actions and share insights and action plans on a monthly basis.
- Attract new sports users to attend sports sessions hosted by our partners by writing and executing sports event strategies, implementing livestream content, and searching for partners to be onboarded with Decathlon.
- Work on one sport as a national cause by cowriting the sport as a national cause strategy with the relevant sport commercial director, connecting and steering all stakeholders monthly, and meeting project goals.
- Create amazing experiences in store by defining and building the partnership framework and meeting the goals of the project.
- You must have a passion for sport, a huge sense of service, and be customer-oriented.

- You're responsible in your work, not afraid to take ownership of both your achievements and mistakes, and a regular sport practitioner.
- You're prepared to take calculated risks in bringing new ideas to attract new users, a people person who loves to build and maintain win-win customer relationships, and able to negotiate on partnership terms and connect with stakeholders at different levels.
- A remuneration that grows with you, starting from $3600, soaring up to $4300 and beyond (commensurating with experience), monthly bonuses up to 10% of your base salary, and the opportunity to become a shareholder and share in the success of our global family.
