Job Title

Assistant Manager - Compliance is a vital role in our organization, responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compliance advisory support to business functions, including clearance of marketing materials, cross-border activities, and investment-related activities.
  • Carry out compliance controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Offer advice and operational support on fund-related regulatory reporting, prospectus lodgement, investor notice, and CPFIS and Code on CIS requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience working in global asset management firms.
  • Business degree or law degree.
  • Solid knowledge of Securities and Futures Act and Regulations, Financial Advisers Act and Regulations, Code of Collective Investments Schemes, and CPF Investment Guidelines.
