Job Title: Business Operations Director

The role of the Business Operations Director is a highly strategic position responsible for overseeing and driving the overall business strategy, operations, and management across various departments.

This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Ensuring effective day-to-day operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to prevent stockouts or wastage.
  3. Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  4. Upholding high standards of quality in food preparation, presentation, and service.
  5. Managing finances effectively, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue to ensure profitability.
  6. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and enhance the overall dining experience.
  7. Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
  8. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract more customers and increase sales.
