We are seeking an ERP Application Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to users and superusers of our Enterprise Resource Planning system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP system implementation, troubleshooting, and data analysis. Experience in project management and process improvements is also an advantage.

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting ERP systems to align with business needs.">
  • Supporting ERP-related projects across the full life cycle, from initiation to post-implementation.">
  • Enhancing and supporting processes such as refurbishment, warehousing, lot management, and customer-owned inventory.">
  • Generating reports and performing data analysis to support strategic decision-making.">
  • Managing post-project hypercare activities, including MRP, cycle counts, and other upcoming system-related initiatives.">

You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).">
  • Strong technical skills in ERP system implementation, troubleshooting, and data analysis.">
  • Experience in project management and ERP process improvements is an advantage.">
