RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the smooth administrative functions of the ERP System so as to meet company standards in the up-time of the ERP system (avoidance of down time)
- Manage day-to-day operation of the system.
- Develop and implement administrative system, and procedures to improve operation functions of the department, and devising ways to streamline processes.
- In collaboration with other company departments, plan, schedule and promoting events and activities including team meetings.
- Creating and maintaining effective internal control of company equipment and inventory.
- Coordinating and supporting in company projects and tracking progress towards company objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in business administration, management or related field.
- At least 4-5 years office administration and ERP experience.
- Good track record
- Good leadership and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with computer and MS Office skills.
- Familiar with retail operation, human resource and customer service procedures.
- Possess positive working attitude and mind-set.
