  • Deliver analysis and recommendation for the ERP solution that best aligns with business requirements, supported by thorough justifications based on cost, scalability, and vendor support.
  • Oversee the implementation of the ERP system, providing support in troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered during testing and implementation phases.
  • Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption during the ERP system transition.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of relevant ERP systems experience.
  • Hold a degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications in project management and change management methodologies.
  • Extensive experience as an ERP Consultant, with specific expertise in evaluation, selection, and successful implementation of ERP systems encompassing procurement, finance, and EAM modules.
  • Strong foundation in change management principles and practices, with proven ability to lead organizations through significant system transitions.
  • Demonstrate project management capabilities, specifically in ERP implementation projects, including RFP preparation and vendor evaluation.
  • Knowledge of the latest ERP market trends, vendors, and products, with a focus on those offering strong procurement, finance, and EAM modules.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of understanding and mapping complex business processes and requirements.
  • Unbiased perspective on ERP solutions, ensuring a selection process based solely on organizational needs and best fit.
