ERP Implementation Specialist

Job Purpose:
Drive improvement and integration of sales systems to streamline operations and support growth.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support ERP rollout, ensuring sales processes are correctly configured and tested.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and improve performance.
  • Manage and optimize sales systems like DMS, SFA, and CMS for productivity.
  • Oversee contract workflows, validations, and issue resolution across multiple teams.
  • Lead training, change management, and adoption of sales technology tools.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, IT, or related field with relevant systems experience.
  • 3+ years in sales operations, enablement, or system management roles.
  • Strong collaborator who communicates effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, salesforce tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and solution-focused with strong attention to detail.
The successful ERP Implementation Specialist must possess strong system knowledge and collaboration skills to support ERP integration, sales enablement, and cross-team process optimization.
