ERP Implementation Specialist

As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business solutions to our clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Your primary focus will be on implementing the system, providing comprehensive training and support to end-users, and ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions that meet client business requirements.
- Provide comprehensive training and post-implementation support to ensure end-user adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement system enhancements that drive business value.
- Enable clients to leverage ERP implementation best practices.
- Migrate data from legacy systems to the new Microsoft Dynamics FO system.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field; professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in AX/NAV/Dynamics 365 FO/BC implementation.
- Candidates with more than 5 years experience may be considered for Senior and Consulting Manager positions.
- System implementation/end-user experience in Sage Accpac, MYOB, SAP Business One will be considered for Associate position.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
- Good command of English language essential for supporting customers based in Singapore.
- Available for overseas travel.
