ERP Application Specialist Job Description

The role of an ERP Application Specialist is a critical position that requires technical expertise in implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in ERP system implementation, data analysis, and project management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support and guidance to users and superusers of ERP systems.
    • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot ERP systems to align with business needs.
    • Support ERP-related projects across the full life cycle, from initiation to post-implementation.
    • Enhance and support processes such as refurbishment, warehousing, lot management, and customer-owned inventory.
    • Generate reports and perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Manage post-project hypercare activities, including MRP, cycle counts, and other upcoming system-related initiatives.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Strong technical skills in ERP system implementation, data analysis, and project management.
    • Experience in project management and ERP process improvements is an advantage.
