ERP Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ERP implementation specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze and implement effective solutions. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored implementation plans that meet their requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong analytical mind and be able to think critically and creatively to resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and deploying D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) and Project Management solutions
  • Working collaboratively with client stakeholders to leverage best development and implementation methodologies
  • Providing onsite and offsite consulting services
  • Fostering teamwork, mentoring, and training consultants on best practices and project methodology
  • Proactively identifying, analyzing, and responding to issues and risks

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) software implementations
  • 3 years' experience in Project Management, preferably with ERP solutioning
  • Strong understanding and application of Project Management competencies including: Scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurements, and integration
  • Business intelligence understanding including Reporting and Analytics
  • Possess a deep understanding of software implementation lifecycles, development methodologies, operating systems, technical platforms/architecture, and application servers
