Account Executive, Mid-Market Professional

Figma is a leading design tool company that empowers teams to create better products. We're seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, and business professionals. As a key member of our sales team, you'll consult with existing and potential customers to drive meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Figma's Mid-Market accounts
- Participate in promoting Figma to existing and new customers, with up to 25% travel
- Contribute to building the foundation and processes for customer-facing teams at Figma to support our SEA & Indian customer base
- Collaborate with Figma's marketing team to build and execute on-the-ground events
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience in a fast-growing organization
- Proven ability to close complex sales cycles and value sell against business pain and initiatives
- Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
- A real entrepreneurial mindset
- Problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to be bold
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to technical audiences
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
- Proven experience using a sales methodology, ideally Command of the Message or MEDDICC
