As a Senior Account Executive at New Relic, Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the mid-enterprise market. You will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, and develop strategic solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct needs assessments, identify business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, influencers, and day-to-day users.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and other key performance indicators to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a software or technology company.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-year and subscription-based SaaS deals.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with and indirectly manage sales support colleagues.
  • Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling, with a focus on observability, DevOps, or related cloud software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
