We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Assistant Manager to drive our business growth and expansion. This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Familiarize with our company vision and mission, driving goal accomplishment.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM database.
- Collaborate with staff to implement growth strategies.
- Develop sales strategies, client service plans, and analyze sales data for marketing strategy updates.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, and documents as required.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
