Content Strategist Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for instructional design and content creation.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to develop engaging learning content for employees.
  • As a Content Strategist, you will play a key role in creating interactive eLearning modules, videos, and quick guides from system documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Curate and manage digital knowledge bases to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  2. Collaborate with training teams and subject matter experts to design learning paths.
  3. Maintain version control and ensure consistency across all training materials.
  4. Support training logistics and rollout activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Learning and Development, or related field.
  • 3-6 years' experience in content creation, instructional design, or training documentation.
  • Experience working on transformation projects or system implementations.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an asset.
  • Background in corporate Learning and Development teams is preferred.
