**Job Title: Instructional Designer (Contract - 3-6 months)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, training manuals, assessments, and other educational content.
- Create engaging and interactive learning activities to promote learner engagement and retention.
- Develop and structure course content to ensure it aligns with learning objectives and business goals.
- Review and revise instructional content based on feedback from stakeholders and learners.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in instructional design, e-learning tools, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an instructional designer, with a focus on designing e-learning and blended learning solutions.
- Proficiency in instructional design software (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of learning theories, design models, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Contract Details**:

- **Duration**: 3-6 months (with the possibility of extension)
- **Type**: Contract, Remote
- **Hourly Rate**: Based on experience
- **Start Date**: Immediate

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
