Lead Instructional Designer

The Instructional Design Lead is responsible for overseeing the design of training solutions, mentoring a team of designers, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong instructional design expertise, and leadership capabilities.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of impactful learning experiences across the organization. As the Instructional Design Lead, you will be responsible for setting design standards, frameworks, and templates based on instructional best practices and learning science. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to analyze training needs and define measurable learning objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions, including e-learning modules, blended learning paths, instructor-led sessions, job aids, and assessments.
- Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers and content developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze training needs and define measurable learning objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
- 2 years in a lead or senior design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of instructional materials and learning solutions.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies.
