Job Title: Senior Digital Learning Content Developer

The Senior Digital Learning Content Developer will spearhead the design and development of high-quality eLearning courseware and digital learning content.

This leadership role involves overseeing the production lifecycle of digital learning experiences, ensuring alignment with instructional goals, learner needs, brand guidelines, and technical standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end development of digital learning content including eLearning modules, videos, interactive simulations, microlearning, and blended learning solutions.
  • Redraw graphic assets to meet branding requirements.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Design team to create engaging interactive courseware for adult learning.
  • Support Project Manager (PM) in managing multiple concurrent eLearning development projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and expectations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Animation, Motion Graphic, Visual Effect, Interactive Design, Video Production, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and creating eLearning courseware or using eLearning programs and minimum 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong proficiency in English language and excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Microsoft PowerPoint, and video/audio editing tools.
  • Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
