The role of an Instructional Designer is crucial in creating engaging and interactive eLearning content. We are seeking a skilled professional to design and develop courseware that caters to adult learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop eLearning content incorporating various media types, such as video, animation, and instructional technologies. ">
  • Conceptualize, edit, and develop storyboards that will be translated into finished interactive content. ">
  • Develop instructional materials, manuals, aide memoires, and learning resources. ">
  • Design and develop courseware by incorporating technology and relevant learning pedagogies for effective learning. ">
  • Develop assessment criteria, tests, assignments, and examinations. ">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

To excel in this role, you should possess:

">
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. ">
  • Proven ability to develop clear, concise, and engaging storyboards using various techniques. ">
  • Excellent visual design sense and the ability to translate complex information into visuals. ">
  • Good knowledge of authoring tools, usability, and functionality testing methods, as well as course and learner evaluation methodology. ">
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Microsoft Office is preferred. ">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ">
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ">
  • Proactive and able to work as a team. ">
