Job Description

As a key player in our fast-paced custody operations team, this role presents an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and drive business growth.

This position requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing of trades, corporate actions, static updates, and MIS reporting related to the custody business.

The successful candidate will also be expected to liaise with Head office custody team, operations teams from various branches, and provide management support by driving process enhancements and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of working experience
  • Knowledge on the duties of a Depository Agent is an added advantage
  • High adaptability, ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment, and efficient team management skills
  • People-oriented with good interpersonal skills, to manage the diversity of team members
  • Effective communication with good interpersonal, written, and verbal skills in both English and Chinese
