Building Maintenance Expert WantedWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced maintenance operations expert to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our facility.Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily building maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure optimal operation of all systems, including CCTV, lift systems, and parking areas.
  • Monitor and manage the servicing and upkeep of our vehicle fleet.
Maintenance Standards
  • Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and maintain readiness of fire safety equipment and systems.
  • Oversee cleanliness and proper maintenance of all building areas, including common spaces, warehouses, and storage rooms.
Leadership & Management
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing training, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a building maintenance supervisory role, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), fire safety regulations, and CCTV infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience managing vehicle fleets and building maintenance vendors.
  • Effective team management and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication abilities to liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and authorities.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles and cost-effective measures.
  • Able to maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and incident reports.
