Global Payroll Specialist

Our organization requires a seasoned payroll professional to oversee global payroll operations. This encompasses ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, adhering to region-specific securities regulations and employment tax requirements, reconciliations, month-end/year end close procedures.

The ideal candidate will provide in-depth analysis and insights on global payroll data to inform forecasting and trend identification for employee costs. They will also be responsible for implementing improvements to payroll processes and sub-processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and automating employee separation calculations templates for redundancies, resignations, terminations (Employee Termination Payments), as well as providing advice and education to employees regarding pay issues, award changes, and new policies.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of regional experience working in end-to-end payroll processing.

A strong analytical and numerical skillset is required, along with the ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports for management.

This role involves managing payroll vendor relationships and HRIS/payroll integration projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The selected individual will drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience in payroll operations.

  • Manage global payroll operations, including ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing, compliance with region-specific securities regulations and employment tax requirements, reconciliations, month-end/year end close procedures.
