Chief Global Payroll Strategist

As the Director of Customer Onboarding, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll implementations globally. You will lead a team of professionals working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless payroll implementations.
">Key Responsibilities- Global Payroll Implementation Leadership: Lead regional teams in delivering payroll implementation across multiple geographies and business sectors.
- Client Engagement and Communication: Act as executive contact for clients during payroll implementation phase, engaging with clients to understand project needs and provide consultation on best practices.
- Project Management: Oversee all stages of payroll implementation process, including planning, system design, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-implementation support.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of Customer Onboarding Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in payroll processes, workflows, and system functionality, driving process optimization to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and clients on implementation progress, key milestones, risks, and issues.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in global payroll, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing payroll system implementations. They possess expertise in working with payroll technology platforms and have a strong understanding of global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards across various regions.
