Job Title: Senior Data Center Strategic Negotiator, ELS Regional Development
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating strategic partnerships with clients to expand the company's regional development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development

OthersAbility to travel up to 50% of the time as needed. Knowledge of power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, data center technology, industrial electrical and cooling technology, and other related areas.
Preferred qualifications include experience with site selection for industrial-scale projects, real estate transactions, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, discussing or managing utility agreements, energy-related issues, implementation of clean energy initiatives, financial modeling, large collocation agreements.
Indirect taxes, economic development policy, financial modeling, infrastructure development, agreement drafting and redlining, and presentation development are also desirable skills.
