Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our business development efforts across the Asia Pacific region. This key role will be responsible for driving growth and expanding existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain CRM tools.
  • Monitor regional sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to enhance outcomes with underperforming clients.
  • Provide leadership and support to business development teams within the APAC region.
  • Promote cross-regional collaboration among local and international colleagues to capitalize on inter-regional business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular client engagement to understand and meet their needs, balancing innovation with commercial viability.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and devise effective counterstrategies.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to structure and negotiate client contracts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or marketing in high-tech or waste management sectors.
  • Highly energetic and committed work ethic with a focus on contributing to team success.
  • Regional expertise spanning multiple countries within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Self-motivated with ability to handle responsibilities independently, including ad-hoc tasks.
  • Proficient in pipeline management and strategic account development.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Strong business acumen and meticulous execution skills.
  • Effective team leader inspiring others to lead by example.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English speaker with proficiency in at least one Asian language preferred.
  • Microsoft Office and CRM platforms proficiency preferred.
