Department: Regional Strategic Marketing

Report to: Strategic Marketing Manager

Functional Relationships with:

Product Marketing, Marketing and Communication, Strategic Planning members in Singapore, Global Business Development related members for both technical and market point of view, Sales Account Officers in ASEAN and India.

POSITION PROFILE:

Based in: Singapore

Job Site: Yishun

The successful candidate will: explore (with focus but not limited) to developing application/segment's market strategies and developing new business opportunities based on company strategy.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional application/segment market strategies for short- and mid-term growth, ensuring alignment with Organizational business objectives.

  • Initiate and manage business creation activities, integrating application/segment analysis, research, marketing strategies, and project execution.

  • Propose business plans and oversee strategic framework development to drive growth and establish a solid foundation.

  • Conduct in-depth business reviews and market research, analyzing trends, voice of customer (VOC) insights, and KPI performance to gain a comprehensive market understanding.

  • Foster collaboration across divisions and departments, ensuring synergy between products and operations for seamless strategy implementation.

  • Coordinate with Japan Headquarter and regional teams to enhance global and local promotional strategies.

  • Strengthen application promotion by providing market intelligence, guidelines, marketing materials, and strategic support.

  • Oversee product training initiatives, including material development and arrangement, to facilitate knowledge sharing.

  • Identify whitespace opportunities and develop a full portfolio approach to application promotion, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and strategic positioning.

  • Create application-based promotional materials, including functional block diagrams, to support targeted marketing initiatives and enhance engagement.

  • Provide summarized IC information to seeder customers, ensuring targeted insights and effective product positioning.

  • Serve as an application expert, engaging with customers to discuss application design and provide strategic guidance.

Ability / Competency Required:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business with a major in Marketing.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Product Promotion and Marketing Activities.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Influencing skills and ability to facilitate discussions between parties that share different perspectives on content.

  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust to tight deadlines with minimum supervision.

  • Able to read, analyze and interpret data information effectively.

  • Knowledge of MS office (excel, PowerPoint) to populate various marketing reports.
