Senior Business Improvement Specialist

The role is centered around the OnePass initiative, a key component of our Digital Transformation portfolio in F2B Digitalization. This function sits within the Global Wealth Management COO in Singapore/Hong Kong.
You'll work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to manage backlogs, prioritize sprints, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
Key Responsibilities- Business Case Development: Collaborate with stakeholders and producers to define and validate business cases for OnePass deliverables.
- Process Analysis: Develop an in-depth understanding and document current business processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the voice of business interests within cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions and aligning requirements with key users and senior stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Support: Collect, clean, and analyze data to support strategic decisions and product iterations.
- Product Rollout & Success Metrics: Support the development of rollout plans and define OKRs to measure post-implementation success.
- Documentation & Testing: Prepare detailed business requirements, test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to manage backlogs, prioritize sprints, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
- Ideal 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or operational change, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of COO functions, risk and control frameworks, and digital transformation principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across levels.
- Proactive problem-solver and collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments; skillfully balancing shifting priorities while staying focused & adaptable.
