Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Co-Curricular Department.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires strategic planning, leadership skills, and expertise in aeromodelling.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to engage students in various activities within the department, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, liaising with stakeholders to plan and execute the department's curriculum, promoting and advancing aeromodelling activities among youth in Singapore, and reviewing policies to provide guidance on departmental matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to engage students in various activities within the department.
  • Resource Management: Ensure efficient utilization of resources and optimize their allocation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders to plan and execute the department's curriculum.
  • Aeromodelling Promotion: Promote and advance aeromodelling activities among youth in Singapore.
  • Policy Review: Review policies and provide guidance on departmental matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, or Engineering.
  • Work Experience: At least three years of managerial or instructional experience.
  • Expertise: Experience in aeromodelling and student education preferred.
  • Skillset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
