Career Opportunity: Lead the Way in Aeromodelling

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our aeromodelling department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the team, ensuring smooth execution of programmes and developing strategic plans for various activities.

  • Manage and lead the team to ensure efficient execution of programmes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for various activities catering to students' needs.
  • Evaluate and refine the programme regularly to maintain relevance with educational system changes.
  • Liaise with school principals, teachers, and aviation executives on curriculum planning.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must hold at least a diploma or degree preferably in business or relevant fields.
  • Minimum three years managerial or instructional experience is preferred.
  • Aeromodelling and student education experience will be an added advantage.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
  • Five-day work week from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Non-working days and rest day on Sundays and Mondays.
  • Uniform provided.
  • Work location at SYFC in the Seletar area.
