Job Title: Community Development Specialist

The role of the Community Development Specialist involves leading and managing the implementation of various activities for students in the SYFC CCA Programme.

This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, who can efficiently manage resources, review programme relevance to changes in the education system, and liaise with school principals, teachers, and aviation executives on curriculum planning.

  • Duties include developing and implementing aeromodelling activities amongst the youth;
  • Preparing reports, drafting approval papers, and writing minutes;
  • Reviewing policies and providing guidance on club-related matters as part of the SYFC Management Team;

A successful candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Business or a relevant field, with at least three years of managerial or instructional experience. Experience in aeromodelling and student education is an added advantage.

This role demands a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, working a standard five-day week from Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm, with designated non-work days and rest days on Sunday and Monday.
