Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a Community Development Specialist to join our team. As a Community Development Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing programs that support the needs of offenders, ex-offenders, and their families. You will work closely with community partners to identify areas of need and develop strategies to address these issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that support the needs of offenders, ex-offenders, and their families
  • Work closely with community partners to identify areas of need and develop strategies to address these issues
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide case management services as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • At least two years of experience working in a similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
