We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive business growth and expansion.
- This role focuses on establishing strong relationships with corporate clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting consultants in expanding client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be confident and articulate when speaking with corporate clients over the phone, results-driven, proactive, and focused on delivering exceptional outcomes. They will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and basic experience in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client and candidate records in internal databases.
- Support recruitment consultants with administrative and documentation tasks.
- Handle general office communications and maintain professional client interactions.
