We are looking for a Channel Operations Expert to lead our ecosystem development efforts at Alibaba Cloud. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies for expanding our overseas channel business, manage ecosystem data analysis and operations, and oversee the daily entry, transition, nurturing, and elimination within the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ecosystem Policy Planning and Operations: Develop and refine policies and rules for our overseas ecosystem partners, and ensure their implementation.
  • Ecosystem Data Analysis and Operations: Analyze data to identify business issues and provide feasible adjustment solutions, manage the channel business, and monitor the achievement of operational indicators.
  • Ecosystem Lifecycle Management: Manage the daily activities within the ecosystem, including partner cooperation processes, quality control, and integrity.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in international business sales operations, channel operations, or related business operations.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficiently leverage existing resources to empower ecosystem partners, possess a rich reserve of knowledge on ecosystem partner operations, and have a profound understanding of the industry.
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires collaboration with teams in China.
  • Citizenship: Position is open only to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
