Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laboratory Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on new challenges and make a significant contribution to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory testing of raw materials, intermediates, and final products within established timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tests performed.
  • Ensure that test equipment is properly calibrated and maintained in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for various instruments and techniques.
  • Lead method transfers, validations, and equipment qualifications.
  • Implement and maintain current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and quality concepts.
  • Present confidently during audits and site leadership inquiries.
  • Develop and revise procedures as needed.
  • Perform laboratory techniques with minimal error.
  • Train new analysts and technicians on instruments and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the lab supervisor to ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
  • Lead laboratory investigations and work closely with QA for successful closure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Control Lab.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong GMP background and proficiency in laboratory equipment.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills.
