Job Title: Senior Laboratory Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Laboratory Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in laboratory testing, sample analysis, and quality control.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests, including the analysis of raw materials, processes, and finished products.
- Perform advanced maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
- Manage chemical and consumable inventory, including preparation and standardization of chemical reagents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed quality records.
- Develop and implement quality procedures and protocols.
- Train and guide junior laboratory technicians.
- Participate in risk assessments and contribute to decision-making on quality and maintenance matters.
- Support procurement and budget management for laboratory materials.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
