Position Overview

The role involves overseeing the Industry Sales Center of Excellence (COE) team to develop innovative solutions that align with the organization's transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing the governance frameworks throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring compliance in business-as-usual operations.
  • Serving as the IT Project Manager for the S4 Hana Program, collaborating closely with Business and Partner Project Managers to achieve successful program delivery.
  • Leading a team of 4 to 5 individuals, focusing on performance management, coaching, and development initiatives.
  • Overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L) management of the team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP projects, with a focus on project management or team leadership.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end SAP processes.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex SAP projects effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within the Asia region, with travel requirements dependent on project needs.
