Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including major local corporations and MNCs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service standards and timely execution of business plans.
  • Account Management
    • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring timely execution of business plans and achieving revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to minimize business disruptions and ensure timely execution of business plans.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure adherence to legal and compliance guidelines, risk management processes, and corporate policies.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Highly collaborative team player with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently, motivated, meticulous, and results-oriented.
    • Resourceful and problem-solver.
    • Willing to challenge the status quo and adapt to changes.
Working Arrangements
  • Work location: HyperScal Solutions Pte. Ltd.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm.
